Have you ever noticed that there is rhythm in nature?
Have you listened to the rhythm that exists or is created when it rains? Have you seen or felt the rhythm of a new day, the rhythm of the night? Yes, nature is so wise that there is a rhythm in it.
Have you listened to the soothing rhythm of the ocean or a river? Have you sat down to listen to the sound of water and explored how it feels in your body? Do you resonate with the rhythm and the sound of water? It certainly does, as it soothes my soul. To me, there is nothing that makes me feel more at ease, as one with the universe, than the rhythm and sound of water.
As we live in this human body, we need to slow down to feel and appreciate the rhythm of Mother Nature. This rhythm is here to nurture us, to nurture our soul. Slowing down sometimes feels like a task, and we often feel guilty for doing so. However, slowing down has tremendous benefits for our body, mind, and soul. When we slow down and become aware of the rhythm of Mother Nature, we gain the possibility of merging with her beautiful rhythms and sounds. By doing so, we become aware that we are one with nature, one with the universe, and that we are on this journey called life—together as one.
Slow down. Tune into the rhythm and sound of Mother Nature. Ground yourself, witnessing your life beautifully connect with all that is, and allow the natural flow of nature to move through you. This will give you a sense of being supported and guided through life.❤️
